Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

Because all of our tees are printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or colour preference.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
  
• Returns must be approved by our customer service team before being sent back.
  

Quality Guarantee (Defective or Damaged Items)

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with a print error:

✅ Contact us within 14 days of delivery

✅ Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue

✅ We’ll work with our production partner to investigate

Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges

For defective or damaged items, we’ll gladly exchange them for a new one.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except for defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items.
  
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
  

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Personalised or custom artwork items
  
• Sale or clearance items
  
• Items returned outside the 30-day window
  

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been sent to production, it may no longer be cancelled.
